Enjoyed the architecture and artwork, and appreciated the hospitality and great food of the staff. The location was perfect for exploring the city and the room was clean and comfy.
The shower temperature fluctuated and the aircon unit leaked in the first room we were given. The breakfast buffet was ordinary, and the dining area had problems with flies which was a turn-off.

We had a great experience staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect as it was right in the historic district, surrounded by beautiful museums and just across the street from the famous Calle Crisologo. The staff was incredibly friendly and their customer service was outstanding. They made sure to accommodate our needs, including an early check-in, which was very convenient for us. The hotel itself was like a museum, filled with fascinating artifacts and decorations that added to the overall charm of this place. We also enjoyed the amenities provided in our room, such as the air conditioning, mini-bar, and free Wi-Fi. The in-house restaurant served delicious food at a reasonable price, and the breakfast buffet had a good variety of choices. our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this area.

We stayed at the hotel annex and loved the beautiful interior and furniture reminiscent of the Spanish era. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained throughout our three-day stay. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast spread with plenty of variety and appreciated the fast WiFi connection. The hotel was also adorned with fine paintings and had an art gallery with works by famous artists. we had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel we stayed at during our weekend getaway was fantastic. the staff were lovely and friendly, and the breakfast buffet was amazing. the location was great too, just a short walk away from the tourist attractions and local restaurants. We also loved that they had a swimming pool where we could relax and cool off in the sweltering heat.
That we were charged an additional fee for having three people in the room. Even though we didn't require an extra bed, we were still expected to pay the fee, which we thought was unnecessary and a bit of a downer on an otherwise great stay.
